Refund Policy

Effective: May 27, 2026

1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for Tish, email [email protected] with the subject line Refund. Include enough account information for us to find your purchase, such as the email address used for checkout, order ID, license key, workspace name, or product account details.

2. Perpetual Version Licenses

Perpetual version licenses are eligible for a refund for thirty (30) days from the original purchase date. A perpetual version license is a paid license for a specific major version of Tish, unless the checkout page states otherwise.

3. Cloud Monthly Plans

Cloud monthly plans are eligible for a full refund for the current monthly billing period. The refund covers the month that is active when your refund request is received.

4. Cloud Annual Plans

Cloud annual plans are eligible for a full refund for unused months, including the current month. Used months before the current month are not refunded unless required by applicable law.

5. Processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank. We may ask for additional account information if the original request does not identify the purchase.

6. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If local law gives you broader rights, those rights continue to apply.
